Name Your Price is a confidential, non-binding system that allows you to notify GOLDHOUSE that you would consider selling your home if a buyer would pay a specific price for it.

In essence, you're telling us, "I would seriously consider moving if someone would pay $X for my home!"

When you fill out our form, we will reach out to you and let you know if we have a buyer in our buyer inventory who is a match for your home, and/or if the market will support that price today.  It obligates you to absolutely nothing and we will not share your information with any other individual or realtor.
